Empodera is partnering with our client, a global creative and digital performance agency working with purpose-driven brands across U.S. and LATAM markets, to hire a Digital Growth & Performance Specialist.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in paid media, analytics, and lifecycle marketing who enjoys turning performance data into growth decisions.
Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Google Display, and Instacart
Manage and validate tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics
Build and optimize email campaigns and automations in Klaviyo
Analyze performance data and create dashboards using Google Sheets and BI tools
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals
