Overview

As a Digital Growth Marketer, you will drive user acquisition and conversion across our digital channels. Your mission is to optimise paid campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels to turn traffic into qualified sign-ups and engaged users. You will combine performance marketing, experimentation, and data analysis to continuously improve conversion rates, remove friction across user journeys, and scale what works through testing and optimisation.

What you will do

Landing page development:

  • Building landing pages for each marketing channel
  • Building landing pages for multiple campaign types on demand
  • QA & Troubleshooting: Proactively check for UI/UX & performance issues

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):

  • Funnel Analysis: Deep dive into user flows to analyse drop-off rates using funnel analysis and heatmaps.
