Digital IC PI Technical Manager

Job DescriptionThis position is for an expert in power integrity who can handle IR-drop-related subjects and problems like identifying root causes, resolving hot spots, and improving IR drop analysis and prevention processes. The focus of IR drop analysis for this role primarily involves SoC level, but also includes package/PCB.

#LI-LL1RequirementResponsibility 1 – IR drop analysis consultant
1.Working on preparing/debugging the IR sign off environment
2. Helping on identifying the IR root causes and driving out the solutions
Responsibility 2 – PI(IR drop) flow enhancement
1. IR flow, including preventing and fixing strategy enhancement
2. Design IR aware Power Mesh and Power Ball assignment with consideration for routability, timing, and voltage drop in the design flow.
