Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist to manage Adobe Analytics tracking across M&S UK/ROI websites and web applications. You’ll ensure data accuracy and reliability across Adobe Analytics and Clickstream by writing tagging specifications, coding custom snippets within our tag management system, and configuring the analytics tool. The role involves building tests and alerts to monitor data quality and partnering closely with Product Owners, Analysts, and other teams across M&S. You’ll work across a range of platforms — from our main retail sites to internal web apps like Assist and seasonal microsites such as School Uniform and Christmas Food to Order. A strong technical background in JavaScript, HTML , and experience with Adobe Analytics and tag management tools is essential, as you’ll play a key part in bringing our data to life and supporting the vision of our Lead Visualisation Analyst.
