Right now we are looking for a Digital & IT Manager to work with dealers, customers and stakeholders in Region Asia.

Mission:

As Digital & IT manager, you will be part of a team that will be supporting Region Asia and Region India in defining and implementing our future roadmap & play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation/managing the IT for dealer and customer-facing applications.This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital strategy, implementation and IT operations related to enhancing the dealer and customer experience through innovative digital solutions.

Overall we use our business strategy to drive 3 main areas:

  • Implementation of AI in daily business processes.
  • Implement new global solutions / processes
  • Update our overall local digital strategy
  • Proactively look for improvement in our current processes and solutions.

    • This is how you could make an impact:

  • You are hands-on with Agentic AI & prompt engineering.
  • You have experience in seamless communication, presentation skills and project management.
  • You have proven track in implementing complex solution architectures.
  • You have driven or been involved in project handled in an agile approach.
  • You have good understanding of sales and marketing business processes.
  • You will drive digitization and automation for enhancing overall process.
  • You will provide leadership for planning, developing and implementing ad hoc requests from customers.
  • You'll provide task and project updates with concise meaningful communications via presentations and email.
  • You will support business in prioritization of scope and in selecting/designing optimal Digital & IT solutions based on Stakeholder and end user needs.
  • At more senior levels hold process specializations to act as domain experts.
  • You will work in pre-studies & project for one time delivery.
  • You will demonstrate excellent solution understanding, combined with related process knowledge and solution dependencies/interfaces.
  • You will understand the business context and provide solutions by having a proactive approach to solutions to the stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for managing the solution(s) in partnership with Senior Business & Process Stakeholders.
  • You have knowledge of digitalization and have transformed businesses.

    The following qualifications are required:
  • Prior experience in sales & marketing business processes is a benefit.
  • Active member in core team for transformation projects.
  • Have been part of cross functional teams from cultural and domain perspective.
  • Open minded and flexible.
