Job Description
Job Purpose:
To lead and coordinate IT operations across multiple CBG plant locations in different states. This role ensures the consistent delivery of IT services, smooth functioning of digital applications, infrastructure reliability, and effective collaboration between central IT and site-level teams for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations Oversight:
- Ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations across all assigned CBG sites, including uptime of networks, servers, applications, and IoT systems.
- Act as the first point of escalation for site-level IT issues and coordinate quick resolutions.
Coordination with Local Teams:
- Liaise with site-level digital leads, engineers, and operators to understand needs and support issues.
- Provide operational guidance and mentorship to local IT staff to ensure standard practices and tools are followed.
Service Delivery & Uptime Assurance:
