DIGITAL LEARNING IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST (Fully Remote / Night Shift)

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Learning Implementation Specialist helps clients deploy the Company’s digital content in their Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role blends technical expertise with client consulting to effectively manage asset organization and delivery while guiding content configuration in the LMS. The specialist works with the Customer Success team to ensure customers have everything they need to deliver the Company's learning experience throughout their organization. As needed, the specialist will troubleshoot issues with content cataloging, content launch, and progress/completion tracking across a broad range of LMS platforms. Through collaboration and attention to detail, they ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience for every client.
