Job Summary
Digital & Loyalty Manager defines owns and execute respective digital sales and marketing channels for the brand including website, delivery channels, CRM and app. Ensures our product portfolio meets and evolves with customer needs and business goals. He / she acts as a bridge between various teams such as operations, kitchen team, tech, and other business teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution in digital space to fit business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Implements and maintains global CRM digital platform. Manages the evolution of CRM database and technical needs between business users with suppliers.
- Drives website (and app) development. Provide ongoing content updates support for website (and app) per global business users' requirements.
- Drives global best practices for all owned markets and franchises on delivery channels and food aggregators. Derive playbook and optimization plans to support business growth.
