Key Responsibilities:




  • Account Management:

    Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads campaigns to enhance brand
    visibility and product awareness.

  • Customer Interaction: Manage and respond to
    customer inquiries and prospective client questions with accuracy through
    Google Business Listings.

  • Campaign Strategy and
    Execution:


  • Design,
    execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, to achieve brand objectives.

  • Utilize
    advanced targeting options (e.g., demographic, geographic, retargeting)
    to reach the most relevant audience segments.

  • Develop
    A/B testing strategies for ad creatives and landing pages to maximize
    CTR and conversion rates.


  • Performance Monitoring and
    Optimization:


  • Monitor
    campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion
    rates.

  • Implement
    continuous optimization tactics including keyword refinement, bid
    adjustments, and audience segmentation.


  • Budget Management and ROI
    Analysis:


  • Allocate
    and monitor campaign budgets to maximize ROI.

  • Conduct
    detailed ROI analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and refine
    strategies.


  • Google My Business
    Optimization:


  • Ensure
    accurate and optimized listings on Google My Business to enhance local
    SEO and customer engagement.

    foster audience engagement through innovative activities.

  • Amplify product and policy

  • Drive footfall to offline
    stores while nurturing opportunities for online sales.

  • Strategize brand engagement
    through creative activities tailored for Instagram’s audience.

  • Enhance awareness for
    products and policies.

  • Propel offline store visits
    and stimulate online sales conversions.

  • Manage brand positioning and
    professional engagement.

  • Strategically promote
    general and specialized products.






  • Website Maintenance:

    a. Layout Development:


  • Review flow trends,
    leveraging insights from Google Analytics.

    b. Technical Maintenance:

  • Collaborate with external
    agencies or the internal IT team to swiftly resolve technical issues.







  • Data Analysis:

    a. Sales Data Insight:


  • Analyze sales data to
    uncover key trends and growth opportunities.

  • Utilize Google Analytics to
    gain deep insights into audience behavior.

    c. Purchase Pattern Identification:

  • Compare Google Analytics
    data with online sales metrics to identify user behavior and purchase

    d. Offline Data Correlation:

  • Cross-analyze Google
    Analytics data with offline sales (via online appointment bookings) and
    phone call data generated from Google activities.
