Position Objective:
The objective of this position is to drive Performance and regular marketing through use of Digital
channels, CRM and Loyalty analytics, and analytics dashboards such as GA, MoEngage, Firebase, etc.
Major Responsibilities:
Monthly Audit and health check of all Ecommerce channels – Website, Msite, App, and whatsapp
Daily tracking of traffic and conversions across all channels, and reporting the same.
Bi-monthly/ Monthly reporting of user acquisition, profile, sources of acquisition and conversion,
acquisition by platforms, channels, devices, country, etc
Website analytics in terms of Bounce rate, page views, time spent, etc
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
