Digital Marketing Assistant

About the Role

VIDA Marketing is a full-service marketing and operations agency supporting small businesses with sustainable, low-stress growth. We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Assistant
who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven to support campaign execution, systems, and internal operations.

This role begins at
10 hours per week
, with a structured ramp to
20 hours per week after training
, and a long-term goal of
40 hours per week
for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution and management of digital marketing campaigns
• Assist with
  Meta Ads
  setup, monitoring, and quality checks
• Work within
  GoHighLevel and other CRM platforms
• Create and edit basic designs in
  Canva
• Assist with
  copywriting
  for ads, emails, and landing pages
• Support basic
  web updates and light web development tasks
• Perform
  quality checks
  on funnels, ads, and client assets before launch
• Maintain strong
  organization
  of files, assets, and systems
• Help document processes and assist with
  SOP creation
• Identify issues, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities and proactively raise them
• Complete other marketing and operations-related tasks as needed

Work Hours & Growth Path
