Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Event Spreadsheets & Data Management

* Download, consolidate, organize, and maintain event spreadsheets.

* Sort data alphabetically, by order amount, and by date.

* Create and manage drop-down lists (training provided).

* Research business owners via websites and LinkedIn to identify correct industries.

* Assign labels and categories based on provided training.

* Apply formatting to spreadsheets (bold, italics, colors, etc.).

Database Management (Zoho CRM)

* Upload event sheets into Zoho CRM for contacts not already in the system.

* Add notes to contact profiles regarding registrations and event attendance.

* Create and manage deals, move deals through the pipeline.

* Perform additional CRM-related contact management tasks as needed.
