Digital Marketing & Business Ops Specialist (ATS/CRM + LinkedIn) — Full-Time


Remote / Bangalore (Flexible) | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week | 1–3 yrs exp

We’re hiring a hands-on specialist to manage our LinkedIn and digital marketing and strengthen internal operations through CEIPAL (ATS/CRM) and data cleanup . You’ll work closely with senior leadership and own execution end-to-end.


What you’ll do

  • Run LinkedIn content + campaigns (company page, employer branding, engagement)
  • Create creatives/content using Canva (posts, banners, hiring campaigns)
  • Support email/digital campaigns + basic performance tracking (metrics/insights)
  • Maintain and clean data in CEIPAL (contacts/candidates/vendors): validation, dedupe, tagging
  • Organize and standardize Google Drive + simple documentation/SOPs


What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication + detail orientation
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace + spreadsheets
  • Experience with LinkedIn/content marketing; ATS/CRM exposure is a plus (CEIPAL preferred )
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
