Job Description : Sr. Brand Executive (Client Servicing) – Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

· Build strong, trust-based relationships (100% retention focus)

· Understand client industries & recommend proactive strategies

· Gather monthly/quarterly feedback and ensure seamless service delivery

· Act as the primary senior contact for key clients.

· Coordinate with finance for timely collections

· Maintain revenue from existing accounts

· Strategic Planning & Brand Development

· Drive marcom strategies (SMM, SEO, profiling) & brand documentation

· Present insights & growth strategies to clients via structured decks

· Brief internal teams on objectives, timelines & expectations
