Our client in the Non-Profit space is hiring a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support our strategic goals, including revenue generation. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communicator and digital strategist with strong technical skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a measurable impact.

This is a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto, requiring onsite presence three days per week, with the potential for extension.Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead the execution of multi-channel marketing and communications plans across email, web, and social media platforms
  • Develop and execute e-blast marketing campaigns, Google search/display ads, and organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance
