Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing marketing and communication activities that enhance Significa’s brand visibility, strengthen our positioning across Greece and MENA, generate qualified leads, and support internal and external engagement initiatives.

DMC collaborates closely with the Design, Presales, HR, UX/UI, and Development teams, and operates with a high degree of ownership and autonomy appropriate for the seniority of the role.

Main Responsibilities

1. Content & Communication

  • Write, coordinate and publish content such as articles, news, and client case studies on the corporate website.
  • Create short copy and messaging for social media posts, newsletters and internal announcements.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to produce materials for social media, newsletter, presentations, and other.
  • Collaborate with presales teams to align marketing activities with market demand, ensuring the creation of strong, sales-ready leads that translate into tangible business opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and updates for intranet content, supporting internal communication and employee branding activities.
  • Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and alignment across multiple regions (Greece, Egypt, Saudi Arabia)

2. Growth, Visibility & Brand Trust

  • Generate marketing plans with specific actions and goals, aimed at supporting the company’s business and strategic goals.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) to increase Significa’s visibility among key decision-makers in sectors such as banking, insurance, and travel.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data-driven adjustments, persona targeting, and alignment with commercial priorities
  • Develop thought-leadership and relationship-building initiatives, including LinkedIn content, interviews, webinars, and C-level events, positioning Significa as a trusted advisor in areas such as AI, CX, and UX.
  • Coordinate the creation of client case studies, co-branded materials, and press releases that showcase Significa’s expertise and reinforce credibility in collaboration with partners (e.g., Sitecore, Microsoft, Umbraco).
  • Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and technology collaborators to strengthen brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Collect and analyze marketing performance data from CRM, analytics, and social platforms to track lead generation, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for management

 3. Internal Communication & Employee Branding

  • Support employee branding initiatives and HR communication campaigns.
  • Contribute to intranet posts, newsletters and internal events to strengthen company culture and engagement.
  • Support the development of internal communication frameworks that enhance transparency, collaboration, and employee alignment

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, email marketing, analytics, and SEO.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Confident in using AI tools to generate content, copy-write, translate, and verify content compliance
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Umbraco) and design tools (Canva) will be considered a plus
  • ·Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and rebranding projects is a plus
