The Role


We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of Bellesa's day-to-day digital marketing initiatives.


Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You'll work cross-functionally with the marketing team to help plan, execute, and analyze promotional campaigns across digital channels.



What You'll Do


  • Coordinate and communicate with the marketing team to support the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan and execute promotional website updates, including homepage, landing pages, and on-site messaging
  • Support web merchandising efforts, including updating featured collections, banners, product placements, and promotional messaging to align with campaigns and launches
  • Support the digital marketing team in maintaining and updating the monthly promotional calendar
  • Analyze performance data across email marketing, on-site promotions, and daily campaigns to inform upcoming planning
  • Oversee and support blog content planning and coordination, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives
  • Assist with campaign documentation, timelines, and internal communication to ensure smooth execution
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and areas for growth

Requirements


  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and marketing tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Airtable, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Marketing certificate, diploma, or degree
