The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of Bellesa's day-to-day digital marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You'll work cross-functionally with the marketing team to help plan, execute, and analyze promotional campaigns across digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and communicate with the marketing team to support the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute promotional website updates, including homepage, landing pages, and on-site messaging
- Support web merchandising efforts, including updating featured collections, banners, product placements, and promotional messaging to align with campaigns and launches
- Support the digital marketing team in maintaining and updating the monthly promotional calendar
- Analyze performance data across email marketing, on-site promotions, and daily campaigns to inform upcoming planning
- Oversee and support blog content planning and coordination, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives
- Assist with campaign documentation, timelines, and internal communication to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce and marketing tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Airtable, or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Marketing certificate, diploma, or degree
