Job Overview:
At Mumzworld, digital marketing is a key growth engine. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Creative Designer to support our growth team by designing, iterating, and scaling high-impact creatives across paid digital channels.
This role is highly execution-driven and data-led, ideal for someone who understands that creatives are not just about aesthetics, but about driving CTR, CVR, and revenue.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Growth, and Content teams to continuously test, optimize and scale creatives across Google (YouTube & Display), Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.\
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Creative Development
Design and produce high-performing static and video creatives for:
Google YouTube & Display
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
TikTok
Snapchat
Create multiple creative iterations (hooks, formats, CTAs, messaging) for A/B testing at scale.
Adapt and resize creatives for different placements, formats, and platform requirements.
Video & UGC Creative Execution
Edit and repurpose UGC-style videos for performance marketing use.
Convert long-form or raw creator content into short-form, performance-optimized ads.
Add performance-led elements such as hooks, subtitles, callouts, price highlights, offers, and CTAs.
Data-Led Creative Optimization
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to:
Understand creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA/CPS)
Identify winning creative patterns and scale them
Refresh underperforming creatives based on insights
Support ongoing creative testing frameworks (new concepts, angles, formats).
Localization & Market Adaptation
Create and adapt creatives for UAE, KSA, and RoGCC markets.
Design Arabic creatives (or adapt creatives into Arabic with guidance).
Ensure cultural relevance and compliance with local market nuances.
Collaboration & Workflow
Collaborate with:
Performance Marketing Managers
Content & Brand teams
External creators and agencies (UGC / influencers)
Manage creative requests efficiently and meet tight campaign deadlines.
Maintain creative hygiene and organization of assets.

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing creatives.
Strong experience designing creatives for paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google).
Hands-on expertise with:
Static ad creatives
Short-form performance videos
UGC repurposing
Strong proficiency in tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
After Effects / Premiere Pro / CapCut (or similar)
Clear understanding of performance-led design principles (hooks, CTAs, scroll-stopping visuals).
Qualification:
Previous e-commerce experience (DTC or marketplace).
Experience working on Arabic creatives.
Exposure to high-volume creative testing environments.
Familiarity with brand + performance balance in ads.
