Job Description

Role Mandate Hire a digital marketing executive who understands platform algorithms, measurement constraints, and modern MarTech execution. Own campaign operations end-to-end, iterate through structured experimentation, and coordinate across creative, product, and data stakeholders. Core Responsibilities---- Channel execution (algorithm-aware): plan and run campaigns across search/social/video/lifecycle; manage auction dynamics, relevance signals, and creative fatigue. Measurement and analytics: maintain KPI trees and funnel reporting; validate tracking (UTMs, events, pixels/conversion APIs as applicable) and reconcile discrepancies. MarTech operations: operate CRM/lifecycle automations (segmentation, triggers, personalization logic); coordinate landing page and CRO experiments.
