Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to help grow Python and Ladder's content, community, and digital presence across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on startup marketing role involving real responsibility, measurable outcomes, and direct collaboration with the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content & Brand Communication:

•     Plan and manage content calendars using Notion.
•     Create content ideas for: LinkedIn posts, Medium articles, Community announcements.
•     Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
•     Assist in publishing and promoting Medium articles.

2. Community Growth & Engagement:

•     Support growth and engagement of Discord learning & open-source community, WhatsApp community, and Shopify-based paid community.
•     Promote community initiatives, internships, and learning activities.
