Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in scaling e-commerce brands using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate understands ROAS, CAC, funnels, creatives, and data, and can turn ad spend into consistent, profitable revenue.
This role is performance-first - success is measured by ROAS, sales volume, and growth, not likes or impressions.
1. Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising (Core Role)
• Plan, launch, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with ROAS-driven strategies
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Own the full funnel: Prospecting → Retargeting → Conversion
• Daily monitoring of ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rates
• Budget scaling decisions based on performance and profitability
