About the Role

We are Always Open Commerce (AOC) , a specialized e-commerce agency helping brands grow on Shopify, BigCommerce, and WordPress. We are a lean, senior team serving US-based clients.

We are not looking for an implementer to run ads or write blog posts—we already have specialists for SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Design, and Dev.

We need a Marketing Lead to be the strategic connective tissue of the agency. You will take our disparate efforts and weave them into a cohesive story, both for AOC’s own marketing and for our clients. You will audit, strategize, and present.

What You Will Actually Do (Responsibilities)

  • Strategy & Positioning: Lead AOC’s internal marketing strategy. You will own the messaging and ensure our brand positioning is consistent across all channels.
