Job Description
Responsibilities
A dynamic and growth-oriented professional who is adaptable and well versed in various functions of Digital Marketing, specifically in Paid Performance Marketing, Social Analytics and Customer Lifecycle Management. The successful candidate will play an active role in digital marketing our Mediacorp Consumer Brands, support new key and strategic initiatives to drive growth and incrementality.
Scope & Expectations of the role
The role will serve as the gatekeeper across the different Digital Marketing teams and functions, analyse,esize data and information from multiple sources and encourage cross collaborative efforts.
The successful candidate will also support the Paid Performance Media, Social Analytics and Customer Lifecycle Management teams in their day-to-day operations, optimise workflows and campaigns to ensure performance deliverables are met.
The individual will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. You must be able to work both independently and as a team player, comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and be able to think big while paying careful attention to details.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Synthesize data from multiple sources and intelligence, turn them into actionable insights that can help to drive platform KPIs and organizational goals
- Gatekeep and encourage cross collaborative efforts across different functions of Digital Marketing to optimize performance
Paid Performance Media & Optimisation
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to support relevant Business Units/Products in hitting organization's targets via paid marketing
- Work with external agency partner(s) to ensure proper delivery of campaign brief and optimization, and performance marketing deliverables are met.
- Facilitate conversations with internal stakeholders such as Product, Data Engineers or external partners in ad tech implementations when required.
- Lead campaigns from strategy, implementation, optimization, data analytics, KPI monitoring to end-of-campaign reporting. This includes social boosting amplification. The individual should have hands‑on experience with ad set‑up on media buying platforms e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google.
- Utilization of data analysis (platform, web & app) to optimize campaigns, A/B testing of campaigns, landing pages, and target audiences to achieve continuously lower CPAs. The individual should have hands‑on experience with analytics tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel Pivot Table etc.
Social Performance & Analytics
- Employ tools to monitor, track performance and report on Mediacorp social accounts e.g. TikTok Business, Meta Business Suite, Tubular, Brandwatch etc. The individual should have prior hands‑on experience with Social Analytics.
- Analyse and share insights on what performs well for Mediacorp brand
- Benchmark performance against competitors and share ideation opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to grow the communities and increase stickiness
- Gatekeep standards against best practices
Customer Lifecycle Management
- Utilizing data and insights, recommend opportunities at strategic and tactical levels for better audience targeting, remarketing inactive or churned users, conversion funnel building, lead nurturing etc
- Plan, strategize and execute campaigns to reach out to different audience segments via EDM, push notifications or in‑app messages
- Facilitate conversations with internal stakeholders or external partners to enhance our CLM campaign performance
Foundational Competencies
- Proficient in Digital Advertising and familiar with analytics tools or platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, Adobe Analytics.
- Proficient in Social Analytics and familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Suite etc.
- A broad and deep knowledge of digital content and social media trends
- Prior experience in Braze, AppsFlyer, Brandwatch and media/entertainment industry would be a plus

Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Business Administration /Marketing /Analytics or any related discipline
- 2 to 4 years' experience in digital & social marketing, CLM is a plus.
- Proven successful digital/social project/campaign track records e.g. in growing social accounts, lowered cost efficiency, increase in ROAS etc
