We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with strong execution skills in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, capable of generating quality leads for B2B and service-based businesses.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads for our Media, Solar, and Cleantech verticals.
This is an execution-focused role, ideal for a marketer who understands performance metrics, enjoys working with real budgets, and wants exposure to B2B, EPC, and high-value services marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads Management
Create and manage Search campaigns for:
Solar Rooftop EPC (Commercial & Residential)
PR, Exhibition & Conference Promotion services
Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and basic bid optimization
Monitor daily spend, CTR, CPC, and Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Add negative keywords to reduce wasteful spend
2. LinkedIn Ads Management
Run B2B lead generation campaigns targeting:
Marketing Heads, Event Managers (Media vertical)
Business Owners, Plant Heads, CXOs (Solar & Cleantech)
Use LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms effectively
Optimize targeting by job title, industry, company size, and geography
3. Lead Handling & Reporting
Download and maintain daily leads in Excel / Google Sheets
Share leads with the sales team in a timely manner
Prepare weekly performance reports (Spend vs Leads vs CPL)
4. Creative & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for ad creatives and landing page content
Use Canva for basic ad creatives if required
Test ad headlines, descriptions, and CTAs
Requirements
Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads
Experience in B2B lead generation or service-based marketing preferred
Technical Skills
Google Ads (Search campaigns – mandatory)
LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Lead Gen Ads – mandatory)
Basic understanding of:
CPC, CPL, CTR
Conversion tracking concepts
MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic reporting)
Additional Skills
Decent English writing skills for ad copy
Familiarity with Canva is a plus
Ability to learn technical domains like Solar & Hydrogen
