Job Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads to drive student enrollments for our academic programs. The role focuses on performance marketing - planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve conversions from lead to admission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Remarketing).
  • Drive lead generation for courses/programs with a focus on CPL, lead quality, and enrollments .
  • Build and optimize keyword strategy (intent-based, competitor, long-tail), negative keywords, and match types.
  • Create and test ad copies, extensions, creatives, and landing page messaging (A/B testing).
  • Implement and manage tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events
