Digital Marketing Manager (Hands-on Growth Resource)


Role Summary:

A hands-on digital marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with executional depth. This role will own both paid and organic growth — building campaigns that acquire parents, therapists, and institutions while driving engagement and brand authority for CognitiveBotics.


Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end marketing funnel (awareness → lead → conversion → retention).

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

• Develop and implement SEO, SEM, content, and email marketing strategies.

• Build landing pages, nurture journeys, and performance dashboards.

• Drive community marketing — parent groups, therapist forums, webinars .

• Collaborate with SDR & Sales teams for lead scoring, nurturing, and MQL handoff . ...
