You’ll work closely with creative and editorial teams, use data to drive decisions, and help scale our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive measurable growth across platforms.
• Campaign Ownership: Lead and manage integrated digital campaigns end-to-end, ensuring strong audience relevance, engagement, and performance outcomes.
• SEO & Performance Marketing: Drive search visibility through advanced SEO strategies and optimize performance marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and generate quality leads.
• Social Media Strategy & Management: Own the social media roadmap across platforms, including content planning, publishing calendars, audience engagement, community management, and performance tracking to drive brand visibility and growth.
• Content & Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative and editorial teams to deliver compelling, on-brand content across websites, email marketing, blogs, and social channels.
• Data & Growth Analytics: Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social insights to extract actionable learnings, identify trends, and guide data-driven decisions that support sustained growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital growth.
• Enchanted Skills: Proficiency in SEO, performance marketing enchantments, and crafting compelling content potions across various digital platforms.
• Tools: Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
• Analytical Mind: Ability to wield data insights.

Timings - 10 am to 6:30 pm
