We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who understands numbers, creatives, funnels, and execution — someone who can collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to drive measurable growth across paid channels.

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Display)
• Coordinate with the senior performance lead and creative team to ensure timely asset delivery
• Pull performance reports, analyse campaign data, and present actionable insights
• Support A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies
