What You'll Be Doing: The Core of the Role
You will be the engine driving our digital growth, combining deep hands-on expertise with strategic vision.
Lead Paid Campaign Excellence: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of paid digital campaigns—from forecasting and building to deployment and reporting—across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Snapchat. Drive Organic Growth: Shape and execute our organic marketing strategy, including SEO, website optimization, and collaborating on content support that broadens our reach. Integrated Strategy & Leadership: Develop sophisticated campaign plans that seamlessly combine paid media with organic initiatives, providing strategic guidance to Business Units across the globe. Performance Storytelling: Report on the combined impact of paid and organic performance, translating complex data into clear, relatable insights on leads, engagement, and brand visibility for all stakeholders. Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of the curve! Research and advise on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, including the strategic use of AI.
