Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead the brand’s digital strategy and performance. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for professionals who have scaled digital growth for start-up or fast-growing retail and e-commerce brands and have prior experience working with marketing agencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and performance channels
• Lead growth initiatives across e-commerce, lead generation, and brand campaigns
• Manage paid media, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and agency partners
• Use data and insights to track, optimize, and scale campaigns
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
• 4–8 years of strong digital marketing experience
• Background in start-up retail, D2C, or e-commerce brands
• Experience in beauty, hair care, skin care, or lifestyle (preferred)
• Strong performance marketing and agency management exposure
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
