Requirement
A growth marketing professional with 8-10 years of experience in building digital-first brands across Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or other related sectors with the following capabilities:

Expertise in Brand Strategy & Brand Campaign Management, Marketing Strategy across platforms for Web, Mobile & Social Media, Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, ORM etc.), ATL, BTL
  • Brand Management - Brand Strategy, Brand Identity & Architecture Events & Activation - Strategy & Execution, Product Launches, Consumer Research.
  • Experienced in building customer engagement platforms integrating the use of technology, loyalty, digital and social marketing for a holistic customer experience.
  • Proven abilities in devising marketing plans and strategies focused on accelerating business growth and delivering ROI.
  • Strong inter-personal skills, collaborative work approach, democratic leadership style and commitment to groom leaders within the team.


    • Roles and Responsibilities

    The person shall be responsible for overseeing the entire branding and marketing effort of the company which shall include, interalia:
  • Collaboration with the promoter on Brand strategy and overall brand design.
  • Spearheading and strategizing the entire digital marketing and non-digital marketing effort and overseeing the activities of the digital marketing execution agency.
  • Designing and managing brand campaigns (Product launches, Offers).
  • Building an omni-channel presence by partnering with retailers, salons, dermats, spas, distributors etc.
    • Overseeing CRM activities for ensuring a world-class customer experience
