Job Description

We're looking for a thoughtful, Ad Specialist / Performance Marketer who's confident in generating leads across 5–6 projects at the same time, especially for diverse products and services. More than just operating ad tools, we want someone who can think, brainstorm, and craft campaign ideas — someone who understands audiences, positioning, and intent before spending money. This role is about planning and shaping campaign strategies, experimenting with concepts, refining targeting, and steadily improving results. You should be someone who values trust, clarity, and ownership — confident about bringing leads, honest about performance, and patient enough to iterate instead of over-promising.
