Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, and Content Marketing.
- Build quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative strategies.
Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives for maximum ROI.
- Manage and oversee social media strategy, content planning, and execution for various brands.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Plan and allocate budgets across multiple clients and channels.
- Track spending and ensure efficient utilization of budgets.
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to clients and management.
- Project & Team Management
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with on-time delivery.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams (SEO, design, content, social media, ads).
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring productivity and quality.
Client Communication
- Attend client meetings, present strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with minimum 2–3 years in an agency.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, analytics, and content.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
- Expertise in budgeting, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
