Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, and Content Marketing.
  • Build quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative strategies.

Campaign Management

  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives for maximum ROI.
  • Manage and oversee social media strategy, content planning, and execution for various brands.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Plan and allocate budgets across multiple clients and channels.
  • Track spending and ensure efficient utilization of budgets.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to clients and management.
  • Project & Team Management
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with on-time delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate with internal teams (SEO, design, content, social media, ads).
  • Manage and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring productivity and quality.


Client Communication

  • Attend client meetings, present strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with minimum 2–3 years in an agency.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, analytics, and content.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
  • Expertise in budgeting, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
