Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid growth across Google, Meta, and App ecosystems. The role requires strong hands-on execution combined with strategic thinking on funnel optimization, experimentation, and ROI-driven scaling.



Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid performance channels including Google Search, YouTube, Meta, App campaigns, and remarketing
  • Drive end-to-end funnel optimization from creative → landing page → conversion → remarketing
  • Plan and manage large monthly budgets with a clear focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV
  • Lead creative strategy in collaboration with design and content teams;
    test messaging, formats, and hooks
  • Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
