We’re hiring: Digital Marketing Project Manager (D2C / E-commerce) – Nashik
We’re building a strong D2C & digital delivery team in Nashik and are looking for someone who can own digital projects end-to-end , not just execute tasks.
This role is ideal for professionals who:
- Have worked in performance marketing / e-commerce environments
- Understand campaigns, CRO, websites, and launches
- Want real ownership, visibility, and growth
- Are from Nashik (or want to return) without compromising career quality
- CTC - Upto 9Lakhs/annum (depending on experience)
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end delivery of digital marketing & e-commerce initiatives
- Cross-functional coordination across paid media, SEO, CRM, design & tech
- Website & CRO projects (UX, A/B testing, enhancements)
- Campaign launches, timelines, budgets & vendors
- Stakeholder communication & performance tracking
This is not a pure execution role — you’ll drive planning, priorities, and outcomes.

- Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce / GA4 / PM tools

Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Delivery Lead Project Lifecycle: Oversee all phases of digital projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Scope & Requirement Definition: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Creative, Product, Tech) to define clear project scopes, objectives, and detailed requirements for all e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
Timeline & Resource Management:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure optimal team utilization and project flow.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies.
Digital Marketing & E-commerce Focus: D2C Campaign Management : Manage the execution and coordination of integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g., product launches, seasonal promotions, retention efforts) across channels like Paid Media, SEO, Email, SMS, and Social. Website & CRO Projects: Lead projects focused on optimizing the D2C website (e.g., platform migration, new feature development, A/B testing, UX/UI improvements, and Conversion Rate Optimization - CRO).
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular status reports, managing expectations, and aligning priorities among cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Team & Process Management : Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and workflow between technical development, design, content creation, and marketing teams.
Budget & Vendor Management : Track project expenditures against budget and manage relationships and deliverables with external agencies and third-party vendors.
Process Improvement : Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to continually improve project management methodologies and team efficiency.
Communication & Leadership : Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Digital Project Manager, Marketing Project Manager, or similar role, specifically within an E-commerce or D2C brand environment.
E-commerce Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Digital Marketing Acumen: Strong working knowledge of core digital marketing channels and concepts (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email/CRM, Analytics, A/B Testing).
Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
