We’re currently looking for a Digital Marketer, Strategy & Business Development, content communication to join our team in Lebanon. This is a hybrid/office role, blending digital execution with business-focused thinking—someone who can help shape and grow our brands while building meaningful relationships with influencers, potential clients, and commercial partners.
Your Role:
This role is ideal for someone with a marketing mindset who also sees the bigger business picture. You will lead day-to-day digital marketing activities, help define brand strategies, bettering customer satisfaction, maintain wonderful relationships and communication with clients, and actively search for opportunities to expand visibility, sales, and partnerships.
You’ll work directly with the agency founder, contribute ideas that drive growth, and help us connect with the right people—whether they’re clients, influencers, content creators, resellers, affiliators or collaborators.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Strategy
• Develop and manage digital strategies across social media, email marketing, websites, and paid media.
• Build and execute content calendars that reflect brand goals and market opportunities.
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for campaigns, posts, and other digital assets.
• Monitor digital metrics and provide simple, actionable reporting.
• Coordinate with creative and production teams for smooth content execution.
• Update and manage websites and social platforms (basic CMS and design tools are a plus).
Business Development & Growth
• Identify and approach potential business partners—such as influencers, resellers, niche clients, affiliations or boutique distributors.
• Support outreach to individuals or companies that could carry, promote, or collaborate with our brands.
• Work on proposals and help structure simple agreements or partnership deals.
• Support product launches, market entry strategies, or special campaigns, especially in Lebanon and the wider MENA region.
• Stay on top of trends, cultural moments, and community conversations that could lead to real opportunities.
• Help with the day-to-day needs of operating a lean, growing brand business.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of social media, mailings, marketing tools, and digital growth strategies.
• Comfortable writing clear, engaging marketing content and outreach messages.
• Familiarity with the Lebanese and regional market (retail, influencers, and digital habits).
• Highly organized and proactive; someone who brings ideas, not just tasks.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. French is a plus to the other languages.
• Based in Lebanon with flexibility to work full time on hybrid/office terms - with no distractions and very professional and focused on the business tasks/creations and needs.
