Sleed, an e-business digital marketing agency with 15 years of field experience, awarded for the 4th time as e-business and e-commerce agency of the year, 250+ industry awards, premier partnerships with Google, Meta & TikTok, is looking to fill a mid-level position for a Performance-oriented Digital Media Specialist. We’re looking for someone with strong digital marketing expertise, a passion for performance, and deep understanding of digital media to manage and optimize campaigns for leading e-commerce brands in Greece.
Responsibilities
Set clear performance goals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectivesOwn the structure, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo, etc.)Allocate and supervise performance-related tasks for a small team (1–2 people), ensuring proper prioritization and workload balanceApply advanced performance marketing skills: bid management, campaign structure, feed optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, tracking, and reportingEnsure campaigns follow best practices, are properly set up, and are routinely optimized for efficiency and KPIsCreate performance reports using analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio), demonstrating RoAS and actionable insightsProvide expert consultation to clients on digital tools and strategyStay up-to-date with performance marketing trends and share knowledge, learnings, and ideas with the teamFoster a collaborative, positive work environment and support cross-functional team goalsReport directly to the Digital Media & Growth ManagerRequirements
