What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. oWork with the Activation Analyst and Content Manager to ensure all tasks and timelines align with approved workflows. o Flag delivery risks, delays, or quality concerns early to relevant stakeholders and support mitigation steps. o Track QA issues and resolutions for post-campaign analysis. o Contribute to internal QA process improvement by identifying recurring challenges and proposing solutions
What are we looking for? • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, content QA, campaign execution, or a similar role. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must. • Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital content review, and campaign workflows is a plus. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. o Review influencer content, briefs, and schedules to ensure alignment with campaign KPIs, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements. o Validate campaign setup accuracy across all activation platforms and trackers. o Conduct thorough pre-launch quality checks, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors in collaboration with influencer managers and content teams. o Act as a secondary line of defense for campaign QA, catching issues before client delivery. • Experience with campaign tools (e.g. Airtable, Asana, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ) or QA platforms. • Understanding of brand safety and legal requirements in influencer content. • Proactive mindset and ability to spot errors others miss.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsAny Graduation
