Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Operations Coordinator. This role is designed to take on the administrative and operational tasks that enable our Digital Business Managers and Producers to focus on strategic initiatives and project execution. If you’re a “do-er” who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys streamlining processes, this is the role for you.•Act as the liaison between Business Managers and Digital Operations teams.
• Manage and track progress of digital projects post-kickoff, ensuring smooth execution.
• Create and manage tickets such as:
o Publishing updates to web pages
o SEO requests
o New URL requests
• Perform high-level testing and QA for digital deliverables.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
