Caalano Digital is growing and we are looking for a Digital Strategist who can lead full funnel marketing strategies, drive Paid Social and Search performance, and help service based businesses scale with confidence.

This system has helped clients generate anywhere from $25k to over $300k in additional monthly revenue for our clients , and now we are hiring a Digital Strategist to assist in delivering this system to our growing client base.

What you'll be doing:

Full Funnel Planning & Execution

• Build and present full funnel digital strategies from new leads to closed deals.
• Identify growth constraints and opportunities across the pipeline.
• Align marketing activity with revenue and profit goals of our clients.
• Create, strategise and optimise Meta and Google campaigns for high quality lead generation
• Understand the levers that can be pulled to drive measurable growth
• Make performance decisions that are tied directly to profit and client ROI
• Develop creative angles and messaging to drive high demand for our clients
• Work with designers and editors to bring effective ad content to life
• Use buying psychology to shape creative that converts

Automation and CRM

• Coordinate with our Caalano Systems team on automation and follow up workflows
• Understand what happens beyond the click and how it ties to building trust and closing deals.

Client Management & Communication

• Lead client communication and results.
• Take ownership of performance outcomes

About You:

• 2 - 3 years experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with proven success spending $50k-$100k/month
• Strong understanding of offers funnels and the full customer journey
• Comfortable with metrics such as leads, booked calls, show rates, close rates, MER, LTV and LTV:CAC Ratio
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and CRM automation
• Copywriting and creative-thinking skills that make ads perform
• Deep understanding of creative performance principles used in eCommerce, but applied to service-based businesses
• Expertise in offers, unit economics, and profit-first growth strategy
• Proactive and confident leading strategy conversations
• Based in Sydney and available for a hybrid role. Avoid the CBD rush and conveniently located an 8 minute walk from Norwest Metro Station Note: during the first few months, this role will be full-time in-office to ensure deep alignment and onboarding success.
