What will you do?
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to the GSC team, focusing on applications related to GSC catalogs and mainly assisting the Procurement and Planning team.
- Help users with platform access and resolve issues through ServiceNow and GSC-related systems.
- Assist in ticket management, troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.
- Participate in onboarding training sessions and learn how digital tools enable global supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with local team members while interacting with global stakeholders on recurring topics.
