Job Description
The Digital Process Innovation Manager drives operational efficiency and business value through process improvement and digital transformation. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and implementing digital solutions that enhance performance, strengthen controls, and improve customer experience. Acting as a strategic partner across the organization, the role integrates continuous improvement methodologies with emerging technologies to modernize end-to-end processes.
