About the roleAre you a digital all rounder who thrives at the intersection of content, technology, and user experience?We are seeking a Digital Producer to help elevate Perth Airport's digital platforms and deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences for millions of travellers.
As a key member of our Digital team, you will own the day to day operation, optimisation, and publishing for Perth Airport's website and Parking Pre Booking platform. You will partner with cross functional teams to deliver high quality content, support ecommerce initiatives, enhance user journeys, and contribute to our digital product roadmap.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, technically capable, user centred, and passionate about creating best in class digital experiences.
A deeper dive into the key responsibilities of this role:
- Manage, update, and optimise website content across our main site and online parking platform.
- Build and publish a variety of content types landing pages, product updates, campaigns, forms, reports, and more.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and our website design system.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, IT, and external partners to deliver enhancements and support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely product information for carpark offerings and promotions.
- Coordinate updates, troubleshoot issues, and support launches in partnership with Marketing, Ground Transport and other stakeholders.
- Champion website structure, navigation, and content hierarchies to ensure a streamlined user experience.
- Identify and resolve operational website issues, working closely with product and technical teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital processes and ways of working.
- Support the design and deployment of A/B tests and personalisation experiences.
- Analyse test results to uncover insights and inform future enhancements.
- Implement ongoing SEO improvements across structure, speed, content quality, and accessibility.
- Strong CMS experience (Sitecore highly advantageous).
- Hands on experience executing A/B tests and configuring personalisation rules.
- Technical SEO knowledge - site structure, schema, indexing, and performance.
- Understanding of UX principles and digital design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with GA4 and web analytics for tracking and insights.
- High attention to detail, organisational excellence, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management capability.
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset and passion for exceptional digital experiences.
