About the team:

This is a unique opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s client experience as part our Global Product Management team. Our mission is to create effortless, customer-centric, habit-forming digital experiences that enable clients to solve their mission critical priorities. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to partner with engineering team, UX and data scientists to build and improve Gartner’s customer experience platform.

What you will do:

  • Own product roadmap for the AI platform, aligning it with business priorities, AI adoption goals, and Data Science/ML Engineering needs
  • Translate platform users’ needs (data scientists, ML engineers, product teams) into clear requirements and partner with platform engineering and Infra teams to deliver scalable MLOps/LLMOps capabilities and governance.
