We are seeking a highly skilled and data-savvyProduct Manager to connect the dots between business need and technical execution for In-Store Retail Digitalization initiatives. You will work closely with engineering and product teams in India and USA to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions that power our marketing analytics, reporting infrastructure, and data pipelines.

This role is ideal for someone who is strategic and ambitious individual with the proven ability to deliver products that create impact and deliver exceptional value to the end customer will succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap informed by customer needs, research insights, and business priorities.
  • Insights & Decision-Making: Analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and
  • present findings with compelling visualizations to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence : Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria,
  • ensuring dependencies across systems and initiatives are accounted for.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership : Drive alignment and delivery across Ops. Operate in Ambiguity: Identify opportunities in uncertain problem spaces and translate them into clear, actionable initiatives.
  • Operational Responsibilities : Writing user stories as a part of the product development
  • lifecycle that: Collaboration with Data Science & Engineering: Work with DS teams to build, test, and optimize ML/AI models.

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Management

Consulting Experience:

Great To Have:

  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and SQL.
  • Exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with Data Science teams to develop and optimize models.
  • Proven ability to find opportunities and deliver results in ambiguous environments.

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in demand planning, labor planning, fulfillment, or slot management systems.
  • Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain experience.
  • Knowledge of programming documentation processes/procedures.
  • Ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect service.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across the department and team.
  • Self-starter, with a desire to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.

  • Retail Domain Experience is required
  • Experienced in mentoring development teams
  • Hands-on experience in production environments with an SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) mindset
  • Proficient in design patterns and architectural skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives while managing multiple parallel projects effectively

Skills Required:
