Digital Product Manager, Salesforce CRM

Overview

Our client is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the delivery, integration, and enablement of a Salesforce-based CRM application. This is a project-based, execution-focused role, ideal for a Product Manager who has grown from a strong Business Analyst background and has a proven track record delivering complex technology initiatives in close partnership with Marketing, Technology, and external vendors. The role is an individual contributor position with no people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM implementation, from planning and requirements gathering through delivery, testing, and rollout
• Drive fast, focused execution within a defined 6-month delivery window
• Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing marketing and business operations
