Overview
Responsible for the continuous growth and improvement of digital channels that engage customers at scale toward building lasting relationships. The team ensures our target experiences across episodes reach our customers — managing a prioritized roadmap of features, co-creating experiences with cross-functional teams, growing the usage of experiences, and closing the loop on channel improvements.
