Role is expected to have occasional on-call responsibilities interaction with clients for consultation, project execution, SAP landscape performance tuning, and other activities associated with support of leveraged SAP environments i.e S/4HANA, B/4HANA, Solman, BODS, BOBJ, SLT, Cloud connector, etc

Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements

Installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP and SAP related software products, SSO configuration.

Maintain HANA database, perform patch and service stack upgrades

Work with OS & DB Administrators for optimal SAP Performance

Database administration SAP HANA, ability to perform database upgrades, apply Fix packs, optimizing and tuning databases, handle backups and their integration with third party backup systems, backup and restore strategies, database security, database problem determination and resolution.

Manage system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling

Perform SAP Software Installation, maintenance and administration of UNIX and Windows server

Daily monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting and tuning of all SAP systems
