Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce capabilities. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Provide training and support to Salesforce users. Create documentation and training materials. Address user queries and troubleshoot issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to align Salesforce with business goals. Collaborate with developers and IT teams on system enhancements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
