Job Description
We are seeking a strong technology professional with 8 – 12 years of experience for the role of Digital Service Manager to lead the planning, project implementation, process re-engineering and the continuous development of SP Group's digital and AI applications in the Corporate processes area focusing on Human Resource and Financial Resources management. This role is a technology delivery position responsible for translating enterprise digital and data strategies into practical, high-impact platform capabilities and AI-enabled business outcomes.
Reporting to the Director (Head of Section), the role holder will not only oversee the end-to-end delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of the project, but will also be required to work closely with business units, engineering, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, risk, audit and compliance teams, across all levels of stakeholders.
